研究目的：

验证骨开裂智能化检测模型判断上、下颌前牙骨开裂的真实性、可靠性和可行性，为临床应用提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

To prove the authenticity, reliability, and feasibility of intelligent diagnostic model for alveolar dehiscence of anterior teeth, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

注：首例参试者入组签署知情同意书时间：2024年6月10日 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为 18-65 岁； 2.有CBCT影像； 3.符合本人愿参加研究，并能签署或者提供授权的知情同意书； 4.因牙周治疗需要行唇侧牙龈翻瓣术，且翻瓣范围包含上、下前牙。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients'age ranges from 18-65; 2.The patient has CBCT images; 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 4.The patient requires a labial gingival flap surgery for periodontal treatment, with the flap area covering the upper and lower anterior teeth.

排除标准：

1.先天性唇腭裂患者，颜面及牙颌发育明显不对称患者； 2.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 3.患有肿瘤及全身性严重疾病者； 4.图像质量不佳或伪影过大（含金属伪影、运动伪影或软组织对比度差）； 5.严重牙列拥挤、组织病变、积液严重等导致无法识别牙根周边结构及界限； 6.翻瓣术中见唇侧皮质骨厚度小于0.6mm。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital cleft lip and palate and significant facial and dental asymmetry; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients with tumors or severe systemic diseases; 4.Poor image quality or excessive artifacts(includes metallic artifacts, motion artifacts, or poor soft - tissue contrast); 5.Severe crowded teeth, tissue lesions and severe effusion that make it impossible to distinguish the boundary between maxillary sinus floor and roots of the posterior maxillary teeth. 6.During the flap surgery, thickness of the labial cortical bone is less than 0.6mm.
