研究目的：

比较光斑强度差异引导和传统光棒插管法在住培医师气管插管教学，以确定哪种方法对初学者光棒引导气管插管的学习更有帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to determine which method is more helpful to beginners' learning of tracheal intubation by comparing the light spot intensity difference guidance and traditional lightwand tracheal intubation teaching in resident training physicians.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行择期手术进行气管插管且无预计困难气道的成年患者； 2.符合国家麻醉科住院医师规范化培训要求的初级住院医师（第一年或第二年）； 3.既往未接受过系统的光棒插管培训； 4.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients undergoing elective surgery for tracheal intubation with no predicted difficult airway; 2. Junior residents (first or second year) who meet the national requirements for standardized training in anesthesiology residency; 3. No previous systematic training in light stick intubation; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.因个人原因拒绝参与本研究的住院医师； 2.在研究过程中中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Residents who declined to participate in the study for personal reasons; 2. People who quit during the study.
