研究目的：

1.解构精神分裂症患者攻击行为的“PFC-CAC”环路在静息态及暴露于激惹情景下的异常模式； 2.探索高精度tDCS干预精神分裂症患者攻击行为的疗效及其神经机制、生物机制，为其临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Deconstructing the abnormal patterns of the "PFC-CAC" loop of aggressive behavior in schizophrenia patients in resting state and exposure to stressful situations; 2. Explore the therapeutic effect, neural mechanism, and biological mechanism of high-precision tDCS intervention on aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia, and provide a basis for its clinical application.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

有攻击行为精神分裂症患者： 1.符合DSM-5精神分裂症的诊断标准； 2.反复出现（≥3次）对他人的躯体攻击行为，且最近一次在1年内； 3.稳定服药3个月，且近1个月无改变用药的计划； 4.右利手，年龄18-50岁； 5.听力、视力或矫正视力正常； 6.能配合，且愿意参加本研究，签署书面同意书。 无攻击行为精神分裂症患者：除无攻击行为外，余入排标准同有攻击行为精神分裂症患者。 健康对照： 1.经SCID筛查后不符合DSM-5中的诊断，且无精神疾病家族史； 2.无攻击行为； 3.右利手，年龄18-50 岁； 4.听力、视力或矫正视力正常； 5.能配合，且愿意参加本研究，签署书面同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 schizophrenia; 2. Repeated (>= 3 times) physical aggression towards others, with the most recent occurrence within 1 year; 3. Stable medication for 3 months, with no change in medication plan in the past month; 4. Right handed, aged 18-50 years old; 5. Normal hearing, vision or corrected vision; 6. Can cooperate and willing to participate in this study, sign a written consent form. Schizophrenia patients without aggressive behavior: Except for those without aggressive behavior, the inclusion and exclusion criteria are the same as those for schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior. Health control: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnosis in DSM-5 after SCID screening and have no family history of mental illness; 2. No aggressive behavior; 3. Right handed, aged 18-50 years old; 4. Normal hearing, vision or corrected vision; 5. Can cooperate and willing to participate in this study, sign a written consent form.

排除标准：

有攻击行为精神分裂症患者： 1.存在智力障碍（基于韦氏智力测验）； 2.严重的躯体疾病、头部外伤史； 3.毒品、酒精等物质滥用史； 4.有MRI禁忌症； 5.近6个月内有电休克治疗史。 无攻击行为精神分裂症患者：同上。 健康对照： 1.存在智力障碍（基于韦氏智力测验）； 2.严重的躯体疾病、头部外伤史； 3.毒品、酒精等物质滥用史； 4.有MRI禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior: 1. have intellectual disabilities (based on Wechsler Intelligence Scale); 2. Serious physical illness, history of head trauma; 3. History of substance abuse such as drugs and alcohol; 4. There are contraindications for MRI; 5. History of electroconvulsive therapy within the past 6 months. Schizophrenia patients without aggressive behavior: Same as above. Health control: 1. Presence of intellectual disability (based on Wechsler Intelligence Scale); 2. Serious physical illness, history of head trauma; 3. History of substance abuse such as drugs and alcohol; 4. There are contraindications for MRI.

入组的有攻击行为精神分裂症患者由一名与研究无直接联系的第三方人员使用Excel文件中的ALEA函数，采用区块法，生成随机化列表，将有攻击行为的精神分裂症患者分入高精度tDCS治疗组和伪刺激对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A randomized double-blind clinical controlled intervention study design was employed. For the enrolled schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior, a third-party individual, who had no direct involvement in the study, used the ALEA function in Excel to generate a randomization list through block randomization. The patients were then assigned to either the high-precision tDCS treatment group or the sham control group.
