研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是确定瑞马唑仑用于非紫绀型先天性心脏病患儿CT检查镇静的有效剂量，评估其安全性和临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effective dose of remifentanil for CT sedation in children with non cyanotic congenital heart disease, and to evaluate its safety and clinical efficacy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄6个月~3岁②性别不限③ASA分级I～III级④拟行心脏CT平扫和增强检查的非紫绀型心脏病患儿

Inclusion criteria

1 Age range of 6 months to 3 years 2 Gender not limited 3 ASA grade I-III 4 Non cyanotic heart disease children scheduled for cardiac CT plain scan and enhanced examination

排除标准：

①瑞马唑仑禁忌症②检查前48小时使用过其他镇静药物③BMI >30④严重肝肾功能不全患儿⑤其他不适合试验的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1 Contraindications for remifentanil 2 Use of other sedatives within 48 hours prior to examination 3 BMI>30 4 Children with severe liver and kidney dysfunction 5 Other conditions not suitable for testing
