研究目的：

开发和验证一个深度学习软件，用于在超声扫描期间实时导航诊断平面，以识别回结肠肠套叠，并使用异构多中心图像数据集提供辅助诊断是否需要手术治疗，用于回顾性测试和外部验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop and validate a deep learning software for real-time navigation of diagnostic planes during ultrasound scanning to identify ileocecal intussusception, and provide surgical indications using a heterogeneous multicenter image dataset for retrospective testing and external validation.

纳入标准：

2021年12月~2026年10月皖南医学院第一附属医院（弋矶山医院）、湖北省妇幼保健院（湖北省妇女儿童医院）、广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院、湖北省武汉儿童医院、青岛大学附属医院和青岛市妇女儿童医院、山东大学附属儿童医院（济南市儿童医院）、山东省聊城市人民医院、陕西省宝鸡市妇幼保健院、安徽省儿童医院、安徽省淮北市妇幼保健院、安徽省阜阳市妇女儿童医院、安徽省皖北煤电集团总医院有限责任公司、安徽省亳州市人民医院共14家医院收治的0~14岁儿童急性肠套叠患儿病例资料。纳入标准： （1）入院诊断为肠套叠，且临床资料可获取。 （2）各个年龄组患儿。 （3）明确指出治疗方法及疗效。

Inclusion criteria

Case data of acute intussusception in children aged 0-14 admitted to 14 hospitals including the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College (Yijishan Hospital), Hubei Maternal and Child Health Hospital (Hubei Women and Children's Hospital), Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Wuhan Children's Hospital, Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital, Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital, Shandong University Affiliated Children's Hospital (Jinan Children's Hospital), Liaocheng People's Hospital in Shandong Province, Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shaanxi Province, Anhui Children's Hospital, Huaibei Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Anhui Province, Fuyang Women and Children's Hospital in Anhui Province, Anhui North Coal and Electricity Group General Hospital Co., Ltd. in Anhui Province, and Bozhou People's Hospital in Anhui Province from December 2021 to October 226. Inclusion criteria: (1) The admission diagnosis is intussusception, and clinical data is available. (2) Children of all age groups. (3) Clearly state the treatment method and efficacy.

排除标准：

（1）未明确诊断为肠套叠。 （2）临床资料较难获取。 （3）术前明确为继发性肠套叠患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) An unclear diagnosis of intussusception has not been made. (2) Clinical data is difficult to obtain. (3) Preoperatively identified as a patient with secondary intussusception.
