研究目的：

探讨甘油三酯糖指数动态变化与急性冠脉综合征患者后续不良心血管事件的关系，以期对急性冠脉综合征患者远期不良心血管事件进一步细化风险分层。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between the dynamic change of triglyceride glucose index and subsequent adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome, in order to further refine the risk stratification of long-term adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床症状、心电图、心肌标志物、冠脉造影诊断ACS； 2.行PCI治疗，术后1年内进行至少1次门诊随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.ACS was diagnosed by clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, myocardial markers and coronary angiography;
2.PCI was performed and at least one outpatient follow-up was performed within 1 year after surgery.

排除标准：

1.再入院处理其他病变血管的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Readmission patients with other vascular lesions;
