研究目的：

本研究旨在深入了解脓毒症患者肠道菌群的变化，探讨其与临床预后之间的潜在联系，以及探讨肠道菌群的特定成分是否可以用作脓毒症预后的生物标志物。该研究有助于为脓毒症诊治提供新的研究思路和治疗方向。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the changes in the gut microbiota of sepsis patients, explore the potential relationship between these changes and clinical outcomes, and investigate whether specific components of the gut microbiota can be used as biomarkers for the prognosis of sepsis. This research will contribute to providing new insights and therapeutic directions for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.符合Sepsis-3诊断标准；
3.同意入组本研究且书面签字同意；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meets the Sepsis-3 diagnostic criteria; 3. Agrees to participate in this study and provides written informed consent;

排除标准：

1.终末期疾病状态； 2.入组前3个月内使用过肠道导泻剂；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Terminal stage of disease; 2. Used intestinal laxatives within 3 months prior to enrollment;
