研究目的：

探讨我院住院患者冠脉CTA检查与冠脉造影结果的一致性，以及冠脉钙化积分与患者预后的相关性，为冠脉CTA指导冠心病的诊断和预后提供地域性的数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the consistency between the results of coronary CT angiography (CTA) and coronary angiography in inpatients of Southwest hospital, as well as the correlation between coronary artery calcium score and the prognosis of patients, so as to provide regional data support for coronary CTA in guiding the diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease.

纳入标准：

1.2018年6月至2023年6月在陆军军医大学第一附属医院住院的患者； 2.完成了冠脉CTA与冠脉造影的患者； 3.临床资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients hospitalized in the Southwest hospital from June 2018 to June 2023;
2.Patients who have undergone coronary CTA and coronary angiography;
3.Completed clinical data;

排除标准：

1.冠状动脉CTA和冠状动脉造影检查相差时间≥3月；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The time interval between coronary CT angiography (CTA) and coronary angiography is >= 3 months.
