探索蛛网膜下腔间隙增宽对极、超低早产儿生后早期大脑皮层发育的影响  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the effect of widening of subarachnoid space on early cerebral cortex development of extremely and very preterm infants

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)出生胎龄小于 32 周或出生体重小于 1500 克; (2)医院影像数据库内可查询到颅脑 MRI 图像且 MRI 扫描时校正胎龄大于 37 周。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Gestational age at birth less than 32 weeks or birth weight less than 1500 grams; (2) Cranial MRI images are available in the hospital imaging database and the corrected gestational age at the time of MRI scan is greater than 37 weeks.

排除标准:

(1)染色体疾病和先天畸形者 (2)3-4级早产儿脑室内出血 (3)囊性脑室周围白质软化 (4)脑梗塞、脑膜炎、脑积水患儿

Exclusion criteria:

1)The ones with chromosome diseases and congenital malformation 2) Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH Grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ)) 3)Cystic periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) 4)strokes,meningitis,hydrocephalus
