研究目的：

采用随机对照设计，评价基于陕西饮食文化优化糖尿病饮食干预方案的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled design was used to evaluate the application effect of optimizing the diabetes diet intervention program based on Shaanxi dietary culture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》中2型糖尿病的诊断标准，空腹血糖>=7.0 mmol/L（无典型糖尿病症状，择日复查确认），或典型糖尿病症状（“三多一少”）+随机血糖或静脉血浆血糖>=11.1 mmol/L，或糖耐量试验2 h血糖>=11.1 mmol/L（无典型糖尿病症状，择日复查确认）；或糖化血红蛋白>=6.5%； ②年龄在18~70岁之间（包括18和70岁），性别不限； ③目前通过生活方式干预进行血糖控制，尚未进行药物干预者； ④近期未参与其他临床试验者； ⑤具有良好的沟通理解能力； ⑥知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2020 Edition), fasting blood glucose >=7.0 mmol/L (no typical diabetes symptoms, re-examination will be confirmed on a later day), or typical diabetes symptoms ("three more and one less") + random blood glucose or venous plasma blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L, or glucose tolerance test 2 h blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L (no typical diabetes symptoms, re-examination will be confirmed on a later day); or glycosylated hemoglobin > = 6.5%; (2) Age between 18~70 years old (including 18 and 70 years old), gender is not limited; (3) Those who are currently undergoing glycemic control through lifestyle intervention and have not yet undergone drug intervention; (4) Those who have not participated in other clinical trials recently; (5) Have good communication and understanding skills; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①合并某些胃肠道疾病医嘱不建议进食全谷类者； ②对实验产品成分（谷物）过敏者； ③合并心、肝、肾等重要器官严重疾病者； ④妊娠期以及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with certain gastrointestinal diseases who are not recommended to eat whole grains; (2) Those who are allergic to the ingredients (grains) of the experimental products; (3) Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; (4) Pregnant and lactating women.
