主要目标：评估多领域育儿干预措施对早期儿童发展（认知、语言、运动和社会情感发展）和健康结果（发育迟缓、体重不足、消瘦和贫血状况）在12个月干预期间与常规护理相比的有效性； 次要目标：评估多领域育儿干预措施在12个月后对照护者行为和心理健康的影响（包括喂养实践、儿童疾病治疗、照护者心理健康、性别规范、有关孩子的性别行为态度），以及2年跟踪随访对儿童发展和健康结果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of a co-led multidomain parenting intervention on early child development (cognitive, language, motor, and socio-emotional development) and health outcomes (stunting, underweight, wasted and anemia status) over 12-month intervention compared to usual care; The secondary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of a co-led multidomain parenting intervention on caregivers’ behaviors and mental health after 12 months (child feeding practice Caregiver’s mental health, social support, gender norms, attitudes about gendered behaviors in their children) , as well as on child development and health outcomes after a 2-year follow-up.

纳入标准：

集群：1.至少有一名合格的村医负责的卫生诊所 2.至少有一名村幼教点教师和适合干预实施的设施的幼教点 个体：1.拥有6-30个月儿童的家庭

Inclusion criteria

cluster:1.the availability of a health clinic staffed by at least one qualified village doctor, as well as a kindergarten with at least one teacher and facilities suitable for intervention delivery. individual:1.Families with children aged 6 to 30 months

排除标准：

集群：1.地理位置极度偏远或潜在家庭户数较少（少于15户）的村庄被排除在外。 个体：1.家庭中的照顾者或儿童存在严重精神或身体障碍；2.在项目实施期间有长时间外出计划的家庭。

Exclusion criteria：

cluster:1.Villages with extreme accessibility challenges or those with few potential households (less than 15 households) were excluded individual:1.households in which either the caregiver or the child has severe mental or physical impairments; 2.households planning to be absent for an extended period during the project implementation phase.

随机化将在村庄层面进行，随机化序列使用 R 语言中的计算机生成随机数，将 46 个抽样村庄以 1:1 的比例，随机分配到干预组和对照组。

The randomization sequence will be generated using a computer-generated random number in R. Randomization will be performed at the village level, where a total of 46 sampled villages will be assigned to either the intervention or the control group in a 1:1 ratio.

Blinding：

Given the nature of the intervention, masking of participants and delivery agents is not possible. However, to minimize bias, data collectors, who are independent and recruited from local township health centers, will be blinded to the intervention allocation. Additionally, the data analysis team will also be blinded to which clusters are intervention or control.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据将根据需要使用平板电脑或纸质评估工具收集。所有收集的数据将上传至由浙江大学研究团队维护的加密服务器。分析前，参与者姓名将被删除，数据集将进行去标识处理。数据传输将通过加密渠道进行，使用受护照保护的文件。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using tablets or paper-based assessments, as appropriate. All collected data will be upload to an encrypted server maintained by research team at Zhejiang University. Participant names will be removed and dataset will be de-identified prior to analysis. Data transmission will be facilitated through encrypted channels, using passport-protected files.
