探索基于父母需求的宣教模式在NICU新生儿出院计划的应用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of education model based on parents' needs in neonatal discharge planning of NICU

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.入住NICU的新生儿；
2.父/母能与调查者语言沟通交流及文字书写；
3.父/母签署知情同意书并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Newborns admitted to NICU;
2.The father/mother can communicate with the investigator in language and writing;
3.The parents signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.放弃治疗、转院或死亡的新生儿；
2.父/母既往有认知或精神障碍等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Newborns who have abandoned treatment, been transferred to hospitals or died;
2.The parents have cognitive or mental disorders in the past.

本研究采用同期随机对照实验方法进行，将2024年8月至2025年7月入住NICU的新生儿按照两组诊疗组将其父母随机分为对照组及干预组，其中诊疗A组父母为对照组，诊疗B组父母为干预组。

In this study, the parents of newborns admitted to NICU from June 2024 to June 2025 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to two treatment groups. Parents of treatment group A were the control group, and parents of treatment group B were the intervention group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

NICU新生儿统一编号，问卷由经过统一培训的组员进行收集并检查，数据录入与核查由两人进行，避免因数据输入错误而导致结果偏差。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

NICU newborns are numbered uniformly, questionnaires are collected and checked by team members who have received unified training, and data entry and verification are carried out by two people to avoid deviation of results due to data entry errors.
