研究目的：

本项目拟探索异基因造血干细胞移植患者术后肠道微生物组分变化与移植并发症（植入失败与植入不良、胃肠道急性及慢性GVHD、胃肠道感染）之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to explore the relationship between postoperative changes in the gut microbiome of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients and transplantation complications (engraftment failure and poor engraftment, acute and chronic gastrointestinal GVHD, and gastrointestinal infections).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2024年12月-2027年12月，本中心≤65岁，异基因造血干细胞移植患者；（2）患者近三年居住在西南地区 (重庆、四川、贵州、云南)；（3）自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) From December 2024 to December 2027, patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at this center who are <=65 years old; (2) Patients who have resided in the Southwest region (Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan) for the past three years; (3) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）排除患有炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征或胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者；（2）排除传染病如HIV、梅毒；（3）排除存在肠道手术病史患者；（4）排除妊娠、哺乳期女性；（5）其他任何研究者认为不适合入组该研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclude patients with inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or gastrointestinal malignant tumors; (2) Exclude patients with infectious diseases such as HIV, syphilis; (3) Exclude patients with a history of intestinal surgery; (4) Exclude pregnant and lactating women; (5) Exclude any other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
