研究目的：

研究旨在开发和验证一个基于深度学习的 AI 辅助系统，以识别 III 类及以上甲状腺结节的细针穿刺活检图像特征，提高诊断的准确性和效率。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to develop and validate a deep learning-based AI-assisted system to identify cytological features in fine-needle aspiration biopsy images of thyroid nodules classified as Bethesda Category III and above, thereby improving diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

质量可观的巴氏染色病理图片；细针穿刺结果为 III 类及以上；石蜡病理确诊为 PTC;完整的 BRAF 和 RAS 基因突变信息;完整的临床病理信息。

Inclusion criteria

Respectable quality Pap staining pathology pictures; Fine-needle aspiration results of class III and above; Paraffin pathologically confirmed diagnosis of PTC; Complete BRAF and RAS gene mutation information; Complete clinicopathologic information.

排除标准：

合并其他肿瘤；石蜡病理不是 PTC，或包含除 PTC 以外的其他病理类型；穿刺前接受过碘 131、放疗、化疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等非手术抗肿瘤治疗；合并其他基因突变。

Exclusion criteria：

Concomitant with other tumors; Paraffin pathology is not PTC, or contains other pathological types other than PTC; Received non-surgical anti-tumor therapy such as iodine-131, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and so on before puncture; Comorbid mutations in other genes.
