研究目的：

本研究旨在通过系统的呼吸训练作为干预手段，重点观察患者的膈肌功能、肺功能及相关血清学指标，并评估其生活质量的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to focus on observing the diaphragmatic function, lung function and related serological indicators of patients through systematic breathing training as an intervention, and to evaluate the changes in their quality of life.

纳入标准：

选取120例符合诊断标准的大于等于60岁自愿参加的患者。

Inclusion criteria

A total of 120 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and were 60 years old or older who volunteered to participate.

排除标准：

排除肺癌、哮喘、结核等呼吸系统疾病患者；严重心功能不全患者；存在语言障碍、运动障碍、听力障碍、认知障碍等无法配合的患者；合并神经、骨骼肌肉疾病者；无法参加研究的精神疾患病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients with lung cancer, asthma, tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases; Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency; Patients with language impairment, movement impairment, hearing impairment, cognitive impairment, etc., who cannot cooperate; Patients with neurological, skeletal and muscular diseases; Patients with a history of mental disorders who were unable to participate in the study.
