本研究旨在开发和验证一种基于CT图像的可解释深度学习模型,用于辅助食管鳞癌(ESCC)的精准化免疫治疗。通过深入分析食管鳞癌的CT图像特征,结合基因、病理、动物模型、生物信息学等提供的多种信息,探索和识别能够预测免疫治疗反应的生物标志物,从而筛选出最有可能从免疫治疗中获益的患者群体并揭示免疫治疗的作用机制及异质性,最终提高治疗效果,改善患者的生存预后。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to develop and validate an interpretable deep learning model based on CT images to assist in the precise immunotherapy of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). By deeply analyzing the CT image features of ESCC and integrating multiple types of information provided by genes, pathology, animal models, and bioinformatics, it explores and identifies biomarkers that can predict the response to immunotherapy, thereby screening out the patient groups most likely to benefit from immunotherapy and revealing the mechanism and heterogeneity of immunotherapy. Ultimately, it aims to improve treatment outcomes and enhance the survival prognosis of patients. |

纳入标准: |
1. 年龄18-80岁的患者; (2) 有病理组织学证实的食管鳞癌;(3) 临床诊断为食管鳞癌;(4) 接受新辅助治疗加手术;(6)未接受新辅助治疗接受手术治疗。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Patients aged 18-80 years; 2. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by histopathology; 3. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was clinically diagnosed; 4. Receiving neoadjuvant therapy plus surgery; 5. Surgical treatment without neoadjuvant therapy. |

1.有其他恶性肿瘤病史;(2) 治疗未完成; (3) 医疗记录不完整。 |
