研究目的：

1.构建结直肠癌患者-配偶照顾者自我同情干预方案； 2.小样本预试验：检验结直肠癌患者-配偶照顾者自我同情干预方案的可行性、可接受性、有效性和初步效应量，之后进行临床调研完善干预方案； 3.大样本随机对照试验：评估干预方案的实际应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a self-compassion intervention program for colorectal cancer patients-spouse caregivers; 2. Small-sample pre-trial: to test the feasibility, acceptability, effectiveness and preliminary effect size of the self-compassion intervention program for colorectal cancer patients-spouse caregivers, and then conduct clinical investigation to improve the intervention program; 3. Large-sample randomized controlled trials: to evaluate the practical effects of the intervention program.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经临床确诊的结直肠癌患者； ②配偶承担主要照顾工作； ③夫妻双方均成年（≥18岁）； ④夫妻双方中至少有一方能使用电话或手机； ⑤夫妻双方均对病情知情、自愿参加该研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1.One partner has a CRC diagnosis (regardless of the stage); 2.Spouse was the primary caregiver caring the CRC patients; 3.Adult couples (aged≥18 years) who undertake the CRC challenges together; 4.At least one partner was able to utilize a mobile phone; 5.Couples were informed of the disease and consented to participate in this study willingly.

排除标准：

①夫妻中的任意一方存在认知障碍或有严重的身心疾病； ②患者夫妻双方有一方不愿交流或拒绝参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Either of the couple had a severe physical or mental disorder (contains but is not limited to heart disease, stroke, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease, which was diagnosed by a doctor); 2.One of the patient's spouses is unwilling to communicate or refuses to participate.

Combining face-to-face and telephone, this intervention program employed approaches of information support, psycho-education, and skill training. The intervention program consists of five sessions, including ‘recognize disease, face suffering’, ‘regulate emotions, relieve suffering’, ‘enhance connection, reduce suffering’, ‘correct response, control suffering’, and ‘reinforce reflection, embrace compassion’.
