研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：本研究将通过循证的方法，根据证据内容构建实践方案，改善患者睡眠。 2.次要研究目的：为临床实施科学决策提供参考，提升护理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main study objectives: This study will use evidence-based methods based on evidence content to improve patients' sleep. 2. Secondary study objectives: to provide reference for the clinical implementation of scientific decision-making and improve the quality of care.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁的胸外科病房围术期患者；
2.自愿参与本研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Perioperative patients aged >=18 years in thoracic surgical wards; 2.Volunteer to participate in this study;

排除标准：

1.胸外科病房住院时间＜24h；
2.心、脑、肾等器官严重功能障碍；
3.认知功能障碍；
4.中途退出本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hospital stay in thoracic surgery unit <24h; 2.Severe dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 3.Cognitive dysfunction; 4.Withdrawal from the study;

将胸外科一、二、三、四这4个病区分别编号1、2、3、4，并在纸条上写出以上4个编号，并放入4个不透明的信封中。由另一研究成员随机抽取一个信封，查看信封内纸条上的数字，其指代的病区为干预组；已抽取的信封不放回，再次随机抽取一个信封，查看信封内纸条上的数字，其指代的病区为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The four wards of 1, 2, 3 and 4 of thoracic surgery department are numbered 1,2,3,4 respectively, and the above four numbers are written on the slip of paper and put in 4 opaque envelopes. Another study member randomly selects an envelope to check the number on the paper slip inside the envelope, and the ward referred to was the intervention group. The envelope was not put back, another envelope is randomly selected to check the number on the paper slip inside the envelope,and the ward is the control group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

患者基本资料来源于医院IIH系统；其他研究数据通过研究者通过对患者面对面调研后收集，保存于研究者电脑，在本项研究结束后，数据将被删除。
