研究目的：

通过多中心大样本量的深入研究，确定精子DFI（SCSA法）与辅助生育结局的相关性，并确定其对不同结局的预测临界值；基于DFI、及其他与妊娠结局相关的变量，构建IVF/ICSI预测模型，并进行智能化应用，从而为临床助孕策略提供可靠参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the correlation between spermatozoa DFI (SCSA) and assisted reproductive outcomes , and the critical values for predicting different outcomes by multi-center and large sample size. Based on DFI and other variables related to pregnancy outcome, the prediction model of IVF/ICSI was constructed and applied intelligently, so as to provide reliable reference for clinical pregnancy assistance strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.夫妻正常性生活未避孕１年以上女方未孕者； 2.双方染色体正常、无遗传性疾病家族史、无内分泌、解剖因素异常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Couples have normal sexual life without contraception for more than 1 year, and the wife is not pregnant; 2. Both husband and wife have normal chromosomes, no family history of genetic diseases, no endocrine, and anatomical factors abnormal.

排除标准：

1.女方患有子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜炎等影响胚胎着床的疾病； 2.男方泌尿生殖系统急性感染； 3.男方重度少精子症； 4.男方行附睾穿刺、睾丸穿刺方式取精，或用冻精进行体外受精者； 5.男方确诊无精子症，行供精治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The wife suffered from endometriosis, uterine fibroids, endometritis and other diseases affecting the implantation of embryos; 2. Acute infection of male genitourinary system; 3. severe oligospermia of male; 4. The husband performs epididymal puncture, testicular puncture to extract sperm, or needs frozen sperm for in vitro fertilization; 5. The husband is diagnosed azoospermia, which needs sperm donor treatment.
