研究目的：

以军队保健对象为观察对象，筛查中-重度主动脉瓣膜性心脏病患者，对其发病、诊治及预后进行观察性、前瞻性注册登记研究。针对选择TAVR治疗的人群，应用FEops HEARTguideTM Platform，整合患者CT数据进行瓣膜植入模拟预测，并应用术后血管造影及经食道超声验证瓣膜植入效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Selecting military healthcare recipients as observation subjects, screening patients with moderate to severe aortic valve heart disease, and conducting observational and prospective registration studies on their onset, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. For the population who choose TAVR treatment, FEops HEARTguideTM Platform is applied to integrate patient CT data for valve implantation simulation prediction, and postoperative angiography and transesophageal ultrasound are used to verify the effectiveness of valve implantation.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；2.符合超声心动图诊断标准的中重度AS：AVA≤1.50 cm2，或MPG≥20.00 mmHg，或PV≥3.00 m/s。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Moderate to severe AS that meets the diagnostic criteria of echocardiography: AVA<=1.50 cm^2, or MPG>=20.00 mmHg, or PV>=3.00 m/s.

排除标准：

1.因各种原因不能参与随访。 2. 预期寿命＜1 年患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to participate in follow-up due to various reasons. 2. Patients with an expected life expectancy of less than 1 year.
