Objectives of Study：

To validate the feasibility and intraoperative application accuracy of mixed-reality-surgical navigation technology assisted skull base tumor resection.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前影像学检查包含增强CT和MR；
2.肿瘤未侵犯颅内组织；
3.恶性肿瘤患者除外远处转移；
4.全身情况耐受全麻手术且有手术意愿；
5.患者及家属同意参加研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Preoperative imaging consisting of enhanced CT and MR;
2.Tumor did not invade intracranial tissue;
3.Patients with malignant tumors except distant metastases;
4.General condition tolerating general anesthesia and willingness to undergo surgery;
5.Patient and family consent to participate in the study;

排除标准：

1.术前影像学检查仅包含增强CT或 MRI单一模态；
2.肿瘤已侵犯颅内组织；
3.恶性肿瘤临床检查或影像学检查证实远处转移；
4.患者全身条件无法耐受全麻手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Preoperative imaging consisting of enhanced CT or MRI single modality only;
2.Tumor has invaded intracranial tissue;
3.Distant metastases confirmed by clinical examination or imaging of malignant tumors;
4.The patient's systemic condition cannot tolerate general anesthesia;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入。数据统一录入 Excel 表格，病例回顾及随访完成后统一导入 SPSS 25.0 软件，进行统计分析。 所有数据输入并核对无误后，由数据管理员写出数据库检查报告，其内容包括研究完成情况、入选/排除标准检查、完整性检查、不良事件检查等。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The researcher loaded the data into the raw data in a timely, complete, correct, and legible manner based on the subjects' original observation records. The data were entered using the appropriate database system with two people and two machines. The data were uniformly entered into Excel tables and imported into SPSS 25.0 software for statistical analysis after case review and follow-up. After all data were entered and checked for accuracy, the data manager wrote a database check report, which included study completion, inclusion/exclusion criteria checking, completeness checking, and adverse event checking.
