探索剖宫产术后疼痛风险因素，以便在临床实践中有效识别和管理术后疼痛风险。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the risk factors of pain after cesarean section, in order to effectively identify and manage the risk of postoperative pain in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄≥20岁；ASA I-II级。

Inclusion criteria

Age >= 20 years; ASA class I-II.

排除标准：

局麻药过敏、血小板减少、凝血功能异常、有严重精神疾病、疼痛极度敏感者、阿片类药物滥用史等。

Exclusion criteria：

Local anesthetic allergy, thrombocytopenia, abnormal coagulation function, severe mental illness, extreme pain sensitivity, opioid abuse history, etc.
