本研究首次基于凝血和血小板功能分析等多项术前和术中临床检测指标，通过回顾-前瞻性收集临床数据，拟通过机器学习算法针对术中实施CPB的心脏手术患者建立术后出血预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

For the first time, based on a number of preoperative and intraoperative clinical detection indicators such as coagulation and platelet function analysis, this study collected clinical data through retrospective and prospective collection, and planned to establish a postoperative bleeding prediction model for cardiac surgery patients undergoing intraoperative CPB through machine learning algorithms

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 .年龄在 18 至 80 岁之间（含 18 岁和 80 岁）的患者； 2 .术中实施 CPB 的心脏外科手术的患者； 3 .前瞻性研究参与者或其法定代表能够理解研究内容并自愿签署书面知 情同意书。回顾性研究参与者无需签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients between the ages of 18 and 80 years (inclusive); 2. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery for CPB intraoperatively; 3. Prospective study participants or their legal representatives are able to understand the content of the study and voluntarily sign in writing Consent form. Retrospective study participants are not required to sign an informed consent form

排除标准：

1 .患有已知的遗传性或获得性凝血疾病的患者； 2 .有严重的肝肾功能障碍者的患者，如慢性肾病第 5 期或肝硬化 Child-Pugh C 级； 3 .患有造血系统恶性肿瘤的患者； 4 .移植患者； 5 .左心室辅助装置植入患者； 6 .肺动脉栓塞清除术患者； 7 .急诊心脏外科手术患者； 8 .术前本研究涉及的各项实验室检查缺失的患者； 9 .研究者认为有可能影响研究结果或患者安全的其他医疗状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with known hereditary or acquired coagulation disorders; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, such as chronic kidney disease stage 5 or cirrhosis Child-Pugh Grade C; 3. Patients with hematopoietic malignant tumors; 4. Transplant patients; 5. Patients with left ventricular assist device implantation; 6. Patients undergoing pulmonary embolization resection; 7. Patients undergoing emergency cardiac surgery; 8. Patients with missing laboratory tests involved in this study before surgery; 9. Other medical conditions that, in the opinion of the investigator, may affect the results of the study or the safety of the patient.
