Early identification of diabetic foot patients at high risk of amputation, in order to achieve early clinical intervention to change the end course and improve the quality of life of patients

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.符合 2 型糖尿病和糖尿病足病的诊断标准；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years; 2.It meets the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot disease;

排除标准：

1.医学资料不完整；
2.因个人原因自动出院；
3.糖尿病患者外伤后致截肢；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Medical information is incomplete;
2.Self-discharge for personal reasons;
3.Post-traumatic amputation in diabetic patients;
