研究目的：

依据HIV分子传播网络动态监测分析结果，识别传播风险人群，开展靶向精准干预，可分解为3部分： 1.风险模型横断面研究。开展现场流行病学调查，建立HIV感染风险模型，开发艾滋病风险评估工具。 2.精准干预高风险传播者队列研究。随访和干预HIV分子传播网络分析发现的高风险传播者，干预手段为常规服药依从性教育和伴侣动员检测。 3.精准干预高风险传播者性伴队列研究。自愿咨询检测和随访上述高风险传播者伴侣。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the results of dynamic monitoring and analysis of HIV molecular transmission network, identify the population at risk of transmission and carry out targeted and precise intervention, which can be divided into three parts: 1. Cross-sectional study of risk model. Field epidemiological investigation was carried out, HIV infection risk model was established, and AIDS risk assessment tools were developed. 2. Precise intervention cohort study of high-risk spreaders. High-risk spreaders identified by molecular transmission network analysis of HIV were followed up and interventions included routine medication adherence education and partner mobilization testing. 3. Precise intervention of sex partner cohort studies in high-risk spreaders. Voluntary counseling, testing and follow-up of partners of high-risk spreaders.

纳入标准：

风险模型横断面研究 1.风险模型HIV阳性病例 2.HIV确证实验阳性； 3.年龄不低于18周岁； 1.风险模型HIV阴性病例 2.HIV确证阴性； 3.年龄不低于18周岁； 精准干预高风险传播者队列研究 1.HIV分子传播网络判定为高风险传播者； 2.HIV确证实验阳性； 3.年龄不低于18周岁。 精准干预高风险传播者性伴队列研究 1.HIV确证试验阴性； 2.年龄不低于18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

Cross-sectional study of risk model 1. Risk model HIV positive cases 2. Confirmed HIV positive test; 3. At least 18 years of age; 1. Risk model HIV negative cases 2. Confirmed HIV negative; 3. At least 18 years old; Precise intervention cohort study of high-risk spreaders 1HIV molecular transmission network is judged to be a high-risk spreader; 2.HIV confirmation test positive;3. At least 18 years old. Precise intervention of sex partner cohort studies in high-risk spreaders 1. Negative HIV confirmation test; 2. At least 18 years of age.

排除标准：

1.孕妇； 2.严重精神、神经疾病患者； 3.不遵守实验方案，撤回知情同意； 4.在研究过程中发现虚报数据或隐瞒真实个人信息的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with severe mental and neurological diseases; 3. Failure to comply with experimental protocols and withdrawal of informed consent; 4. Falsifying data or concealing true personal information is found in the research process.
