研究目的：

本研究拟采用回顾性队列研究方法，以急诊科或ICU收治的急性敌草快中毒的患者为研究对象，了解该类患者临床特点、并发症及预后情况。探讨急性敌草快中毒的预后影响因素，提高对敌草快中毒的救治成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to adopt a retrospective cohort study method to investigate the clinical characteristics and complications and prognosis of patients with acute diquat poisoning admitted to the emergency department or ICU.To explore the prognostic factors of acute diquat poisoning and improve the success rate of treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄大于或等于14岁; 2、有明确的敌草快接触史; 3、中毒后12小时内到武警特色医学中心、北京市门头沟医院就诊; 4、完善毒物检测。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age greater than or equal to 14 years old; 2.Have a clear history of rapid contact with enemy grass; 3.Go to the Special Medical Center of the Armed Police Force or Beijing Mentougou Hospital for treatment within 12 hours after poisoning; 4.Improve poison detection..

排除标准：

1、混合毒物中毒; 2、患有慢性疾病; 3、失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Mixed poison poisoning; 2.Suffering from chronic diseases; 3.Loss of follow-up..
