探究结构式正念减压心理护理联合赋能健康教育在双重血浆分子吸附（DPMAS）序贯血浆置换（PE）患者中的应用效果，开发一种科学、有效的DPMAS序贯PE治疗患者临床护理方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the application effect of structural mindfulness based stress relieving psychological nursing combined with empowering health education in patients undergoing dual plasma molecular adsorption (DPMAS) sequential plasma exchange (PE), and developing a scientific and effective clinical nursing method for DPMAS sequential PE treatment of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合中华医学会《肝衰竭诊治指南（2018 年版）》中肝功能衰竭诊断标准：血清总胆红素（totalbilirubin，TBIL）＞＝10×正常值上限（ULN）或每日上升＞＝17.1μmol/L，符合 2022 版《人工肝血液净化技术临床应用专家共识（2022 年版）》中的人工肝适应证；接受 DPMAS 序贯 PE 治疗；年龄＞＝18 岁者；患者及家属同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meets the diagnostic criteria for liver failure in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 Edition) of the Chinese Medical Association: serum total bilirubin (TBIL) >=10× upper limit of normal (ULN) or daily increase of >=17.1μmol/L, which meets the indications for artificial liver in the 2022 edition of the Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Artificial Liver Blood Purification Technology (2022 Edition); Receiving DPMAS sequential PE treatment; Age>=18 years; Patients and their families agree and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

存在活动性出血及弥散性血管内凝血者；血流动力学不稳定者；心脑梗死非稳定期者；自身免疫缺陷患者；合并有其他严重器官疾病者；具有肝移植历史者；不能耐受本研究过程者；无自制力，不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with active bleeding and disseminated intravascular coagulation; Haemodynamically unstable; Patients in the unstable stage of myocardial infarction; Patients with autoimmune deficiencies; Those with other serious organ diseases; Those with a history of liver transplantation; Those who cannot tolerate the course of this study; Those who have no self-control and cannot cooperate.
