1. 明确胸膜感染患者的临床特征 2. 明确胸膜感染患者的病原学特征  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the clinical characteristics of patients with pleural infection 2. Clarify the etiological characteristics of patients with pleural infection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断标准（符合以下任一项）： ①　发热 ②　外周血白细胞计数升高 ③　血清C反应蛋白升高 2. 实验室或影像学证据（符合以下任一项）： ①　胸腔积液肉眼可见脓性 ②　胸腔积液细菌培养阳性 ③　胸腔积液革兰氏染色见细菌 ④　胸腔积液生化检查： pH≤7.2；若无法获取pH值，则需满足：LDH>1000 U/L且葡萄糖≤2.2 mmol/L ⑤　增强CT显示：胸膜感染（表现为伴有肺实变且强化的胸腔积液）且已排除其他感染源

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinical diagnostic criteria (meeting any one of the following): (1) Fever (2) Elevated peripheral blood white blood cell count (3) Elevated serum C-reactive protein 2. Laboratory or imaging evidence (meeting any one of the following): (1) Visible purulent pleural effusion to the naked eye (2) Positive bacterial culture of pleural effusion (3) Bacteria seen on Gram staining of pleural effusion (4) Biochemical examination of pleural effusion: pH <= 7.2; if pH value cannot be obtained, then it must meet: LDH > 1000 U/L and glucose <= 2.2 mmol/L (5) Enhanced CT shows: pleural infection (manifested as pleural effusion with lung consolidation and enhancement) and other infection sources have been excluded

排除标准：

①　年龄<18岁 ②　感染侧曾行肺切除术 ③　无法获取同时获取：胸腔积液常规检查、生化检查及病原学检测结果 ④　缺少胸腔引流前的胸腔超声数据

Exclusion criteria：

(1) <18 years old (2) Pulmonary resection was performed on the infected side (3) Can not obtain at the same time: pleural effusion routine examination, biochemical examination and etiological detection results (4) Lack of thoracic ultrasound data before thoracic drainage
