研究目的：

构建老年结直肠癌CIPN患者运动干预方案 评价老年结直肠癌CIPN患者运动干预方案的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To construct an exercise intervention program for elderly colorectal cancer patients with CIPN To evaluate the application effect of exercise intervention program in elderly patients with colorectal cancer (CIPN)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理诊断确诊为结直肠癌； 2.年龄>=60岁； 3.初次使用奥沙利铂联合或不联合其他化疗药物化疗，且接下来4程持续使用这个方案化疗； 4.ECOG PS评分0-2分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with colorectal cancer through pathological diagnosis; 2. Age>=60 years; 3. Initial use of oxaliplatin with or without other chemotherapy drugs, and continuous use of this regimen for the next 4 courses of chemotherapy; 4. ECOG PS score 0-2 points.

排除标准：

1.同时患有其他神经系统疾病，如糖尿病所致周围神经病变、带状疱疹、系 统性红斑狼疮等； 2.同时伴有严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏功能不全； 3.同时伴有其他影响平衡功能或步态的疾病，如骨折、外伤等； 4.同时伴有听力障碍、失语等疾病、痴呆精神障碍及认知障碍等； 5.不愿参加调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from other neurological diseases at the same time, such as peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes, herpes zoster, and faculty Systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 2. At the same time, it is accompanied by severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. At the same time, it is accompanied by other diseases that affect balance function or gait, such as fractures, trauma, etc.; 4. At the same time, it is accompanied by hearing impairment, aphasia and other diseases, dementia, mental disorder and cognitive impairment; 5. Reluctance to participate in surveys.
