研究目的：

在纤维内窥镜下行吞咽功能检查，即纤维内窥镜下吞咽功能检查（Fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing,FEES），观察并记录患者吞咽障碍情况，进一步分析其特点及吞咽障碍相关的风险因素，为今后不同病变位置的患者提供更具针对性和个性化的吞咽治疗方案，从而有可能改善患者的预后缩短住院时长并提高其生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Swallowing function examination under fiberoptic endoscopy, also known as fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES), observes and records the patient's swallowing disorders, further analyzes their characteristics and risk factors related to swallowing disorders, and provides more targeted and personalized swallowing treatment plans for patients with different lesion locations in the future, which may improve the patient's prognosis, shorten hospitalization time, and improve their quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次发病，符合《中国各类主要脑血管病诊断要点2019》中出血性或缺血性卒中的诊断标准，经颅脑CT或MRI检查确诊为脑卒中的成年（18~80岁）患者；? 2.病程不超过6个月； 3.洼田饮水试验Ⅲ到Ⅴ级且经证实存在吞咽障碍； 4.生命体征平稳，无意识障碍或明显的认知障碍，可以配合本研究； 5.患者及家属自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult (18-80 years old) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke in the "Key Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" and have been diagnosed with stroke through CT or MRI examination; 2.The course of disease was less than 6 months; 3. Level III to V of drinking water test in Watian and having dysphagia; 4.Stable vital signs, no conscious disturbance or obvious cognitive disturbance, can cooperate with this study; 5.The patients and their families voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.非首次发病或非脑卒中原因所致吞咽障碍； 2.合并心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器严重疾病或者精神障碍不配合检查治疗的患者； 3.合并神经系统其他疾病或耳鼻喉科疾病而影响吞咽功能者； 4.有精神疾患或曾患有精神疾病患者; 5.颅骨缺损患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with swallowing disorders not caused by first episode or stroke; 2. Patients with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys, or those with mental disorders who do not with examinations and treatment; 3. Patients with other neurological diseases or diseases of the ear, nose, and throat that affect swallowing function; 4.A person with or having a history of mental illness; 5. Patients with skull defects.
