Objectives of Study：

To realize the mode innovation of long-term self-management support for neuro-immune diseases from the perspective of wisdom, so as to improve patients' self-management ability and confidence, and improve their quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者符合神经免疫疾病的诊断标准：多发性硬化症（标准遵循《多发性硬化症诊断：2017 年麦当劳标准修订版》）、视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病（标准遵循《2016 年中国视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病诊疗指南》）、髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白抗体相关疾病（标准遵循《中国专家诊断和治疗共识》）抗髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白免疫球蛋白G抗体相关疾病）、重症肌无力（标准遵循《中国重症肌无力诊疗指南2020》）、自身免疫性脑炎（标准遵循《中国自身免疫性脑炎诊疗专家共识2017》）； ②年龄>=18岁； ③同意参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for neuroimmune diseases: multiple sclerosis (criteria follow the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis: 2017 McDonald's Standard Revision), optic neuromyelitis spectrum disorders (standards follow the 2016 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of optic neuromyelitis Spectrum Diseases), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody related diseases (standards follow the 'Chinese Expert Diagnosis and Treatment Consensus'), anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein immunoglobulin G antibody related diseases (standards follow the 'Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myasthenia gravis 2020'), autoimmune encephalitis (standard Follow the 'China Autoimmune Encephalitis Diagnosis and Treatment Expert Consensus 2017') 2.Age >=18 years old; 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①怀孕或哺乳期的妇女； ②患有其他神经系统疾病或严重精神疾病的患者； ③肝肾功能严重或其他重要器官功能障碍的患者； ④因患者或健康志愿者依从性差，或临床和影像学资料不完整，无法配合调查工作。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Patients with other neurological diseases or serious mental illness; 3.Patients with severe liver and kidney function or dysfunction of other vital organs; 4.Due to poor compliance of patients or healthy volunteers, or incomplete clinical and imaging data, they could not cooperate with the investigation.
