研究目的：

本研究旨在建立表达性书写缓解胚胎移植治疗失败患者应激状态的理论模型，并构建相应的干预方案。采用随机对照试验阐明表达性书写的具体效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a theoretical model of expressive writing in alleviating the stress status of patients with failed embryo transfer and to develop a corresponding intervention plan. A randomized controlled trial will be employed to elucidate the specific effects of expressive writing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预内容：在循证研究基础上结合前期希望水平对胚胎移植失败患者应激状态的作用机制，构建表达性书写干预方案，通过实证研究探究表达性书写对胚胎移植治疗失败患者患者慢性应激状态的影响。 干预形式：采用纸质书写的方式。通过文献综述，参照表达性书写干预的持续时间、干预频率，拟定为连续干预7天，每天1次，每次15～20分钟。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Intervention Content: Based on evidence-based research and the previous findings on the role of hope levels in the stress mechanisms of patients with failed embryo transfer, an expressive writing intervention plan will be developed. Empirical research will be conducted to explore the impact of expressive writing on the chronic stress status of patients with failed embryo transfer. Intervention Format: The intervention will be conducted through paper-based writing. A literature review will inform the intervention's duration and frequency, with the intervention planned for 7 consecutive days, one session per day, each lasting 15 to 20 minutes. 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：移植≥3个周期，每个周期至少移植1枚优质胚胎而未临床妊娠者；年龄不超过40岁；近期未接受心理治疗或咨询；知情并自愿参与此项研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >= 3 cycles of transfer , at least 1 high-quality embryo in each cycle without clinical pregnancy; <= 40 years old; no recent psychological therapy or counseling; informed and voluntary participation in the study.

排除标准：

排除标准： 既往有精神疾患；有听力障碍、表达障碍者；文盲、文化程度过低等无法理解书写及问卷内容者

Exclusion criteria: History of mental disorders; hearing impairments or communication disorders; illiteracy or low education level preventing understanding of writing and questionnaire content.
