研究目的：

调查了解 维持性血液透析（MHD)患者失志综合征现状以及影响因素并探讨社会支持、知觉压力、医学应对方式在正念水平与失志综合征间的中介效应，进行正念减压干预，为丰富 MHD 患者心理研究领域提供补充以及参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of absences syndrome in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD), and to explore the mediating effects of social support, perceived stress, and medical coping styles on the level of mindfulness and absences syndrome, and to carry out mindfulness-based stress reduction interventions, so as to provide supplements and references for enriching the psychological research field of MHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >=18岁； 2.符合终末期肾病诊断标准：GFR＜15ml/min/1.73m2； 3.规律透析 >=3个月； 4.失志综合征得分 >=10分（中重度）； 5.病情较稳定，意识无障碍； 6.具备正常读写能力，能够自行完成问卷； 7.会使用智能手机； 8.自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书，并同意完成8周干预练习。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old; 2.The diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease were as follows: GFR < 15ml/min/1.73m2; 3.Regular dialysis >=3 months; 4.The score of Demoralization syndrome >=10 points (moderate and severe); 5.The condition is stable and the consciousness is barrier-free; 6.Have normal reading and writing ability, can complete the questionnaire by oneself; 7.Can use smart phones; 8.Volunteer to participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and agree to complete the 8-week intervention exercise.

排除标准：

1.合并有其他严重疾病，如急慢性感染、心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤等； 2.既往有精神障碍； 3.近4周发生重大生活事件，如丧偶、交通意外等； 4.过去一年内接受过正念干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are other serious diseases, such as acute and chronic infection, heart failure, malignant tumor, etc. 2.Previous mental disorder; 3.Major life events occurred in the past 4 weeks, such as the death of a spouse, traffic accidents, etc. 4.Have received a mindfulness intervention within the past year.
