研究目的：

通过捕捉焦虑-叹气时间序列特征，探索其对辅助诊断焦虑障碍、鉴别不同焦虑障碍亚型以及设计有针对性的个体化干预方案的临床价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the clinical value of the time series characteristics of anxiety-sighing, especially in aiding the diagnosis of anxiety disorders, distinguishing different anxiety disorder subtypes, and designing targeted individualized intervention plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.共同：年龄：18-60岁；
2.患者：符合美国精神分析学会《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版》(DSM-5)惊恐障碍诊断标准，且经DSM-5障碍定式临床检查(SCID)被评估为广泛性焦虑障碍或社交焦虑障碍或惊恐障碍；健康受试者：经DSM-5障碍定式临床检查(SCID-NP)筛查，确认既往无精神或神经疾病；
3.患者：入组时汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)总分≥14分，且汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)总分＜17分；健康受试者：入组时汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)总分＜7分，且汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)总分＜7分；
4.健康受试者：经DSM-5障碍定式临床检查(SCID-NP)筛查，确认既往无精神或神经疾病；
5.健康受试者：入组时汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)总分＜7分，且汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)总分＜7分；
6.共同：初中及以上文化水平，有一定表达能力、阅读能力、试听能力，能理解量表，可提供口头和书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.Both: Age: 18-60 years old; 2.Patients: Meet the diagnostic criteria for panic disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), and are assessed as having generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, or panic disorder through the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 (SCID). Healthy subjects: Confirmed to have no history of mental or neurological disorders through screening with the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-5 Non-Patient Edition (SCID-NP); 3.Patients: At the time of enrollment, a total score on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA-14) of ≥14, and a total score on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) of <17. Healthy subjects: At the time of enrollment, a total score on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA-14) of <7, and a total score on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) of <7; 4.Healthy subjects: Screened using the DSM-5 Structured Clinical Interview for Non-Patient Versions (SCID-NP) to confirm no history of psychiatric or neurological disorders; 5.Healthy subjects: At enrollment, a total score of <7 on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA-14) and a total score of <7 on the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17); 6.Both: Junior high school education level or above, with basic verbal expression, reading, listening, and viewing abilities, capable of understanding the scales, and able to provide verbal and written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.共同：目前或既往患有符合DSM-5的其他精神障碍，如器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、抑郁症、躁狂症、物质相关及成瘾障碍等；
2.共同：患有哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等呼吸系统疾病或伴有严重的或不稳定的心血管、肝脏、肾脏、血液、内分泌、神经系统或其他系统疾病者；
3.共同：正在使用可能影响呼吸、心率的药物；
4.共同：既往有癫痫发作或有癫痫家族病史者；
5.共同：存在自杀或自伤观念的患者；
6.共同：存在认知障碍缺乏对研究的理解能力；
7.共同：缺乏使用可穿戴设备和智能手机完成研究的能力；
8.共同：妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
9.共同：目前正在接受生物反馈训练、正念等与呼吸调整相关心理治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Both: Currently or previously diagnosed with other mental disorders according to DSM-5 criteria, such as organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, mania, substance-related and addictive disorders, etc; 2.Both: Individuals with respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or those with severe or unstable cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematological, endocrine, neurological, or other systemic diseases; 3.Both: Currently using medications that may affect breathing or heart rate; 4.Both: Individuals with a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy; 5.Both: Patients with suicidal or self-harm ideation; 6.Both: Individuals with cognitive impairment lacking the ability to understand the study; 7.Both: Lacking the ability to use wearable devices and smartphones to complete the study; 8.Both: Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9.Both: Patients currently undergoing biofeedback training, mindfulness, or other breathing-related psychological therapies;
