研究目的：

我们计划明确黏膜下层剥离质量作为新型ESD质控指标的可行性和有效性，为建立ESD的质量控制体系提供一可信、可量化、可应用的质控指标  

Objectives of Study：

We plan to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of using submucosal dissection quality as a novel quality control indicator for ESD .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在2018年1月—在2024年10月因胃早癌在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院行内镜粘膜下剥离术；
2.并且术后病理证实病变为胃早癌；

Inclusion criteria

1. From January 2018 to October 2024, underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, for early gastric cancer. 2. Postoperative pathology confirmed the lesion as early gastric cancer.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18 岁；
2.术后病理结果提示进展期胃癌、转移性胃癌或多发癌；
3.临床资料、 内镜检查结果等关键数据缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years old. 2. Postoperative pathology results indicated advanced gastric cancer, metastatic gastric cancer, or multiple cancers. 3. Clinical information and endoscopic examination results are missing.
