研究目的：

明确先天性耳聋人群BCI（双侧人工耳蜗植入）植入后空间定位能力发展的过程及相关跨模态可塑性改变，探究早期听觉剥夺后听觉重建过程中听觉和视觉感觉通道跨模态重组的规律和神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the process of the development of spatial localisation ability and related cross-modal plasticity changes after bilateral cochlear implantation(BCI) in the congenitally deaf population, and to explore the patterns and neural mechanisms of cross-modal reorganisation of auditory and visuosensory channels in the process of auditory reconstruction after early auditory deprivation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组： 1.年龄5-18岁 2.双侧CI植入的先天性重度及以上感音神经性耳聋 3.人工耳蜗植入后3月及以上 4.1000Hz助听听阈＜＝35 dB HL 对照组： 1. 性别、年龄与病例组匹配 2.双侧纯音平均听阈＜＝20dB HL

Inclusion criteria

Case group: 1. Age 5-18 years old 2. Bilateral CI implanted congenital sensorineural deafness (severe and above) 3. 3 months or more after cochlear implantation. 4. 1000 Hz hearing threshold <= 35 dB HL Control group: 1. Sex and age matched with the case group. 2. Bilateral pure tone average hearing threshold <=20 dB HL

排除标准：

1. 发育迟缓或合并其他神经系统疾病 2. 严重视力缺陷无法配合完成检查者 3.拒绝参加本研究，或不能完成全部项目者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Developmental delay or other neurological diseases. 2.Those with severe visual defects who are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment. 3.Those who refuse to participate in the study or are unable to complete the entire programme.
