研究目的：

本研究拟收集膝关节骨关节炎患者关节液和软骨或置换的关节样本，建立软骨铁死亡的细胞模型，并检测包括相关基因铁死亡相关标志，为继续研究铁死亡引起的KOA打下基础。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we aim to collect samples of synovial fluid and cartilage or replacement joints from patients with knee osteoarthritis, establish a cellular model of cartilage ferroptosis, and detect markers related to ferroptosis, so as to lay a foundation for further research on KOA caused by ferroptosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)根据《骨关节炎诊疗指南(2018 年版)》 诊断标准,确诊为 KOA, 且活动时膝关节内侧间隙疼痛严重、保守治疗无效,需要行膝关节置换术的患者; (2)膝关节 X 线 Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)分级为 II、III、IV 级,内侧间隙明显变窄或出现骨对骨,无其它间室病变或病变程度较低; (3)手术前膝关节活动度大于 90°,膝关节屈曲、内翻畸形小于 15°,且可用手法纠正内翻畸形; (4)膝关节各韧带功能保持相对完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with KOA according to the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition), and have severe pain in the medial space of the knee joint during activity, and have ineffective conservative treatment, and need knee arthroplasty; (2) Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) of knee X-ray was graded as II, III, IV, with significant narrowing of the medial space or bone-to-bone, no other compartmental lesions or low degree of lesions; (3) Before surgery, the range of motion of the knee joint is greater than 90°, and the knee flexion and varus deformity are less than 15°, and the varus deformity can be corrected by manual means; (4) The functions of the ligaments of the knee joint remain relatively intact.

排除标准：

(1)伴有严重内科疾病、骨质疏松的患者; (2)术中发现其它间室受累出现软骨中重度退化,裸露出软骨下骨者; (3)术中发现韧带损伤严重,膝关节明显不稳者; (4)存在膝关节活动性滑膜病变,包括类风湿性关节炎、痛风等; (5)行双侧膝关节置换术者; (6)临床资料不完善,治疗及随访依从性低。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe medical diseases and osteoporosis; (2) Those who are found to have moderate to severe cartilage degeneration due to other compartment involvement during the operation, exposing the subchondral bone; (3) Patients with serious ligament injury and obvious instability of the knee joint during the operation; (4) Presence of active synovial lesions of the knee joint, including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, etc.; (5) Patients undergoing bilateral knee arthroplasty; (6) The clinical data were imperfect, and the compliance with treatment and follow-up was low.
