主要目的：探索科学有效的自我管理路径，为COPD患者构建经济、有效的自我管理方案，改善稳定期COPD患者自我管理现状； 次要目的：从理论和实践的角度阐明基于信息框架效应构建的自我管理方案在COPD患者中的实用价值，为拓展信息框架效应在COPD自我管理中的应用提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To explore a scientific and effective self-management path, build an economic and effective self-management plan for COPD patients, and improve the self-management status of patients with stable COPD. Secondary objective: To clarify the practical value of self-management plan based on information framework effect in COPD patients from the perspective of theory and practice, and to provide clinical basis for expanding the application of information framework effect in COPD self-management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南(2021年修订版)》中相关临床诊断标准，明确诊断为COPD的患者，即1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in 1 s，FEV1)/用力呼气量(forced vital capacity，FVC)<70%；且确诊3个月及以上。
2.符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南(2021年修订版)》中稳定期COPD患者，能配合完成试验。
3.年龄40-74周岁，性别不限。
4.可以正确使用微信软件，能够完成问卷调查。
5.自愿参与本研究，并愿意提供知情同意书。
6.近期未参与其他干预试验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who met the relevant clinical diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision) and were clearly diagnosed with COPD, as defined by the forced expiratory volume in 1 s, FEV1 / forced vital capacity (FVC)<70%; And diagnosis for 3 months or more. 2. Patients with stable COPD in accordance with the guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision) were able to cooperate to complete the trial. 3. Age 40-74 years old, both sexes. 4. Patients could correctly use the wechat software and complete the questionnaire. 5. They volunteered to participate in this study and were willing to provide written informed consent. 6. They had no recent involvement in other intervention trials.

排除标准：

1.有精神异常、意识障碍等不能配合者。
2.有听力、视力障碍者。
3.出院回家后没有互联网连接者。
4.合并严重的心肝肾功能疾病、恶性肿瘤、活动性肺结核等无法配合者。
5.合并神经肌肉疾病、下肢关节疾病等影响运动者。
6.正处于妊娠期、哺乳期者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have mental abnormality, consciousness disorder and so on cannot cooperate. 2. Patients with hearing and vision impairment. 3. No Internet connection after discharge home. 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney function diseases, malignant tumors, active tuberculosis and other patients who cannot cooperate. 5. Combined with neuromuscular diseases, lower extremity joint diseases and other diseases affecting exercise. 6. Those who are in pregnancy or lactation.
