研究目的：

本研究通过记录清醒、诱导、维持、苏醒四个状态下不同年龄段患儿的32导脑电图，观察不同麻醉药物诱导及维持期间脑电图变化，探索年龄与不同麻醉药物诱导无意识期间脑电图的相关性，进一步探究麻醉药物对发育中的大脑的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we recorded 32-lead electroencephalogram (EEG) of children of different ages in four states of wakefulness, induction, maintenance, and awakening, and observed the changes of EEG during the induction and maintenance of different anesthetic drugs, to explore the correlation between age and EEG during the induction of unconsciousness with different anesthetic drugs, and to further investigate the effects of anesthetic drugs on the developing brain.

纳入标准：

入选标准：美国麻醉协会（ASA）分级I-II级、年龄0-12岁、在全身麻醉下接受颈部以下外科手术、对本研究目的与内容知情并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II, age 0-12 years, undergoing surgical procedures below the neck under general anesthesia, informed and signed consent for the purpose and content of this study.

排除标准：

排除标准：患有中枢神经系统疾病（包括自闭症、注意力缺陷/多动障碍、癫痫和其他先天性精神疾病）、接受过心脏手术、不能配合完成EEG监测或EEG数据质量不佳 对于年龄小于3岁的患者，执行以下排除标准： （1）出生时年龄小于32周。 （2）出生时患有先天畸形或其他影响大脑发育的遗传疾病。 （3）诊断患有心血管或神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: having a central nervous system disorder (including autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, epilepsy, and other congenital psychiatric disorders), having undergone cardiac surgery, not being able to cooperate in completing EEG monitoring, or having poor quality EEG data. Exclusion criteria for patients under 3 years of age: (1) Gestational age less than 32 weeks at birth. (2) Presence of congenital malformations or genetic disorders affecting brain development at birth. (3) Diagnosis of cardiovascular or neurological diseases.
