研究目的：

主要目的：明确睡眠异常与OSCC发生发展之间的关联，通过大规模的临床观察和数据收集，确定睡眠异常是否是 OSCC 发生发展的一个重要危险因素。 次要目的：筛选出与睡眠异常及 OSCC 发生发展密切相关的口腔菌群标志物，识别在睡眠异常状态下，口腔菌群中具有特定变化规律且与 OSCC 发生发展关联紧密的菌种或菌群组合。评估睡眠异常对 OSCC 患者免疫功能和代谢状态的具体影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: to clarify the relationship between sleep disorders and the occurrence and development of OSCC, and to determine whether sleep disorders are an important risk factor for the occurrence and development of OSCC through large-scale clinical observation and data collection. Secondary objective: to screen out the oral flora markers closely related to sleep disorders and the occurrence and development of OSCC, and identify the bacteria or flora combination with specific change rules in oral flora and closely related to the occurrence and development of OSCC under the condition of sleep disorders. Objective to evaluate the specific effects of sleep disorders on immune function and metabolic status in patients with OSCC.

纳入标准：

没有接受术前放化疗的原发性口腔鳞癌患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma who did not receive preoperative chemoradiotherapy.

排除标准：

有其他器官恶性肿瘤或严重的系统性疾病病史；有其余口腔黏膜病变的患者； 有放疗、化疗、中药治疗史；生活无法自理或无民事能力者；HIV患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Have a history of malignant tumors of other organs or serious systemic diseases; Patients with other oral mucosal lesions; Have a history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment; Unable to take care of themselves or without civil capacity; HIV patients.
