评估水平可调动态翻转镜（ADHF）对青少年近视的治疗作用  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of adjustable dynamic horizontal flip glasses on juvenile myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

佩戴时两片单曲面镜以水平沿着光学中心轴相对方向位移来改变镜片组的屈光度（0.00D度到+2.00D），使得物像拉近拉远来回运动，从而改变睫状肌调节。镜片组拉近物像停留时间为10秒，拉远物像停留时间为30秒，循环工作。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

During wearing, the two pieces of single curved mirrors can change the diopter (0.00D to +2.00D) of the lens group by horizontal displacement along the relative direction of the optical center axis, so that the object image can be moved back and forth by drawing close and far, so as to change the ciliary muscle regulation. The retention time of lens group for drawing object image is 10 seconds, and the retention time for drawing object image is 30 seconds. 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄5-14岁；
2. 单眼最佳矫正视力≥0.3;
3. 单/双眼等效球镜度数（-3.75D至+0.00D）
4. 能够配合完成复查并佩戴6个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 5-14 years old;
2. The best corrected visual acuity of single eye >=0.3;
3. Single / double eye equivalent spherical lens degree (-3.75D to + 0.00D);
4. Be able to cooperate to complete reexamination and wear ADHF for more than 6 months.

排除标准：

排除高度散光，重度弱视，斜视患者，患有其他眼部基础疾病，排除使用影响近视发生发展的药物使用史或患有全身严重疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients with high astigmatism, severe amblyopia, strabismus, other basic eye diseases, and patients with drug use history that affect the development of myopia or serious systemic diseases
