通过本研究，我们可以进一步确定儿童腺样体肥大比例是否与咽鼓管功能障碍发生率呈正相关  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study, we can further determine whether the proportion of adenoid hypertrophy in children is positively correlated with the incidence of eustachian tube dysfunction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①3岁到 16 岁已确诊为单纯腺样体肥大或腺样体扁桃体均肥大患儿 ；②患儿认知、行为正常,配合度高者；③患儿至少接受过 3 个月保守治疗,但无效者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 3 to 16 years old have been diagnosed with simple adenoid hypertrophy or adenoid tonsil hypertrophy; 2. children with normal cognition, behavior, high degree of cooperation; (3) The children had received conservative treatment for at least 3 months, but it was ineffective;

排除标准：

①不愿配合后期随访患儿；②有重大基础性疾病者；③既往已进行过腺样体切除术手术者；④咽鼓管、鼻腔、咽喉先天性发育畸形者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unwilling to cooperate with late follow-up; 2.Those with major underlying diseases; 3. Patients who had previously undergone adenoidectomy; 4. Eustachian tube, nasal cavity, throat congenital developmental malformations
