研究目的：

比较Delta大通道内窥镜减压术与单侧双通道脊柱内镜手术在治疗颈胸交界处椎间盘突出症的有效性、安全性，建立标准化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of Delta large channel endoscopic decompression and unilateral double-channel endoscopic spinal surgery in the treatment of cervical and thoracic junction disc herniation, and establish a standardized treatment plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）颈胸交界处椎间盘突出症的临床症状和体征（由于颈神经根受压或刺激而出现神经源性疼痛或功能障碍）；（2） 计算机断层扫描（CT）和磁共振成像（MRI）显示存在单侧椎间孔狭窄并伴有颈椎间盘突出症；（3）年龄在20-80岁；（4）保守治疗3个月症状未缓解；（5）患者及其家属详细了解研究内容后签署知情同意书；（6）期间未参加其他临床试验；（7）至少1年的随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Clinical signs and symptoms of cervical thoracic disc herniation (neurogenic pain or dysfunction due to compression or irritation of the cervical nerve roots); (2) Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed unilateral foraminal stenosis with cervical disc herniation; (3) Aged 20-80 years old; (4) The symptoms were not relieved after 3 months of conservative treatment; (5) Patients and their families sign informed consent after detailed understanding of the study content; (6) Did not participate in other clinical trials during the period; (7) At least 1 year of follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）节段不稳（颈椎活动范围超出正常生理范围）或严重颈椎后凸（颈椎异常后凸，一般大于30度）；（2）合并其他脊柱疾患，如脊髓型颈椎病、脊柱肿瘤、后纵韧带骨化；（3）患有精神疾病如精神分裂、药物依赖、躁狂等无法配合；（4）既往颈椎手术史；（5）正在参加其他临床试验；（6）随访数据不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Segmental instability (cervical motion beyond the normal physiological range) or severe cervical kyphosis (cervical spine abnormal kyphosis, generally greater than 30 degrees); (2) Combined with other spinal disorders, such as cervical spondylotic myelopathy, spinal tumors, and ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament; (3) suffering from mental illness such as schizophrenia, drug dependence, mania and other inability to cooperate; (4) Previous cervical spine surgery history; (5) participating in other clinical trials; (6) The follow-up data were incomplete.
