研究目的：

1.从微观层面验证重建术后髂骨瓣是否确实出现了骨吸收，具体吸收程度是否与重建部位有关； 2.探究术后髂骨瓣感知咀嚼力变化进而引起骨吸收的关键因子是否为Piezo 1，以及通过何种通路引起的髂骨骨质吸收； 3.探究术后是否可以通过临时义齿修复或者种植修复等方式一定程度延缓骨吸收的速率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. From the microscopic level, it was verified whether bone resorptions did occur in the iliac flap after reconstruction, and whether the specific degree of resorptions was related to the reconstructed site; 2. To explore whether Piezo 1 is the key factor that causes bone resorption due to changes in perceived masticatory force of iliac bone flap after surgery, and what pathway causes bone resorption of iliac bone; 3. Explore whether the rate of bone resorption can be delayed to a certain extent through temporary denture repair or implant repair after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有术后行种植义齿修复意愿的患者；
2.上/下颌骨因肿瘤切除或外伤需要行血管化游离髂骨肌皮瓣修复的患者；
3.至少有1段髂骨用于修复牙槽嵴区域；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who wish to undergo implant denture repair after surgery;
2.Patients requiring vascularized free iliac myocutaneous flap repair due to tumor resection or trauma in the upper/lower jaw;
3.At least 1 segment of the iliac crest is used to repair the alveolar ridge area;

排除标准：

1.术后发生钛板暴露、感染以及皮瓣未成活等治疗失败者；
2.患者患有影响骨代谢的全身疾病，以及服用影响骨代谢的全身用药；
3.因某些原因最终无法接受种植义齿修复的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.After operation, titanium plate exposure, infection and flap failure occurred;
2.Patients have systemic diseases that affect bone metabolism and take systemic medications that affect bone metabolism;
3.Patients who, for some reason, are ultimately unable to undergo implant denture restoration;
