研究目的：

本课题旨在检测叩齿时所产生的机械刺激对慢性牙周炎及慢性牙龈炎患者龈沟液中生物标记物（TNF-α，IL-1β，IL-6，IL-10 及 骨膜蛋白）、氧化应激损伤标记物（ROS、MDA、SOD、GSH-Px）及牙槽骨骨水平等的改变，进一步明确叩齿时所产生的机械刺激对慢性牙周炎患者及慢性牙龈炎患者牙周状态的影响，为实现延缓牙周炎病情进展，加强牙周建康维护，提高牙周炎的防治效率提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to test the changes of biomarkers and markers of oxidative stress damage in the gingival crevicular fluid, and alveolar bone levels after clicking the teeth in patients . Clarify the effect of mechanical stimulation on periodontal status in patients with chronic periodontitis and patients with chronic gingivitis ,so as to provide the basis for delaying the progress of periodontitis, strengthening the maintenance of periodontal health, and improving the prevention efficiency of periodontitis.

纳入标准：

牙周炎（I期和II期）受试者需满足以下纳入标准： 1）年龄大于 18（含 18 岁），性别不限； 2）口内至少保留 20 颗天然牙，无因牙周炎失牙； 3）邻面CAL最重位点1-4mm； 4）牙周探诊深度≤5mm； 5）影像学骨丧失位于牙根冠方1/3，以水平骨吸收为主； 6）近三个月内没有进行牙周治疗； 7）近一个月内未服用抗生素； 8）意识清晰，能正确对答，能够配合研究， 9）自愿参加并且签署知情同意书 10）能够理解掌握叩齿要领，并具有良好的依从性 慢性牙龈炎受试者需满足以下纳入标准： 1）年龄大于 18（含 18 岁），性别不限； 2）口内至少保留 20 颗天然牙； 3）按诊断标准诊断为慢性牙龈炎； 4）近三个月内没有进行牙周治疗； 5）近一个月内未服用抗生素； 6）意识清晰，能正确对答，能够配合研究， 7）自愿参加并且签署知情同意书 8）能够理解掌握叩齿要领，并具有良好的依从性

Inclusion criteria

Periodontitis (stage I and stage II) patients need to meet the following inclusion criteria: 1) Age is greater than 18 (including 18 years old), and gender is not limited; 2) At least 20 natural teeth are retained in the mouth, without tooth loss due to periodontitis; 3) The heaviest CAL site on the adjacent surface is 1-4mm; 4) Periodontal exploration depth of 5mm; 5) Imaging bone loss is located in 1 / 3 of the root and crown square, mainly caused by horizontal bone resorption; 6) No periodontal treatment in the last three months; 7) Did not take antibiotics in the past one month; 8) Clear awareness, able to answer correctly, able to cooperate with the research, 9) Voluntary participation and the signing of the informed consent form 10) Be able to understand and master the essentials of percussion teeth, and have good compliance Patients with chronic gingivitis should meet the following inclusion criteria: 1) Age is greater than 18 (including 18 years old), and gender is not limited; 2) Keep at least 20 natural teeth in the mouth; 3) Chronic gingivitis was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria; 4) No periodontal treatment in the last three months; 5) Did not take antibiotics in the past one month; 6) Clear consciousness, able to answer correctly, able to cooperate with the research, 7) Voluntary participation and the signing of the informed consent form 8) Be able to understand and master the essentials of percussion teeth, and have good compliance

排除标准：

1）口内有急性感染灶，如急性牙髓炎，根尖周炎、牙周脓肿、间隙感染等； 2）近期发烧、过敏、酗酒、怀孕或者哺乳期妇女； 3）患有唾液腺结石，唾液腺炎症或唾液腺肿瘤等唾液腺疾病； 4）口干燥症患者； 5）HIV 或活动期 HBV 或 HCV 感染者； 6）免疫抑制治疗患者； 7）患有出血性疾病； 8）恶性肿瘤患者； 9）慢性肾功能衰竭或者肝硬化； 10）服用影响骨代谢或者牙龈的药物； 11）研究者认为不适合入组的其他患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There are acute infection areas in the mouth, such as acute pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, periodontal abscess, gap infection, etc.; 2) Women with a recent fever, allergies, alcoholism, pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3) Salivary gland diseases such as salivary gland stones, inflammation of salivary gland or salivary gland tumors; 4) Dry eromouth patients; 5) HIV or active HBV or HCV infection; 6) Patients treated with immunosuppressive therapy; 7) Having a hemorrhagic disease; 8) Patients with malignant tumours; 9) Chronic renal failure or liver cirrhosis; 10) Take drugs that affect bone metabolism or the gums; 11) Other patients considered unsuitable by the investigator.
