研究目的：

1.探讨光照治疗对抑郁症患者糖脂代谢的影响 2.探讨光照治疗对抑郁症患者皮质醇及褪黑素节律的影响 3.探究光照干预后糖脂代谢改变与皮质醇节律相关性。 4.探讨光照治疗对抑郁症患者认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to explore the effect of light therapy on glycolipid metabolism in patients with depression 2. to explore the effect of different intense light photoperiods on cortisol rhythm in patients with depression 3. to explore the correlation between glycolipid metabolism alteration and cortisol rhythm after light intervention 4.to explore the effects of light therapy on cognitive function in patients with depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 理解研究内容并签署知情同意书； 2: 符合 ICD-10 单相抑郁患者的诊断标准； 3: 小学及以上文化程度； 4: 年龄 18～65 岁。

Inclusion criteria

1: Understand the study and sign the informed consent form 2: Meets ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for patients with monophasic depression 3: Primary school and above 4: Age 18-65

排除标准：

1.患有其他重性精神障碍及器质性脑损伤，存在激越或谵妄，物质滥用、酒精或药物依赖以及不合作的； 2.目前患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病，如糖尿病、甲状腺疾病等； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或计划妊娠者； 4.不能遵医嘱服药者； 5.目前存在倒班现象； 6.入组前一个月内服用影响内源性皮质醇及血糖血脂相关药物； 7.3 个月内曾接受过电休克治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Other severe mental disorders and organic brain damage, presence of agitation or delirium, substance abuse, alcohol or drug dependence and uncooperative; 2: Currently suffering from a serious and unstable physical illness, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, etc. 3: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those planning a pregnancy; 4: patient who cannot take medication as prescribed by a doctor; 5: Shift work currently exists; 6: Drugs affecting endogenous cortisol and glucose-lipid related medications in the month prior to enrollment; 7: Electroconvulsive therapy within 3 months.
