研究目的：

观察肾脏去交感神经对肾部分切除术后远期肾功能的保护作用，为肾脏去交感神经技术在肾部分切除术中的应用提供临床研究证据支持。以期实现最大限度地肾脏结构重建与功能保留，最终提高肾部分切除术患者术后生活质量，节约医疗成本，减轻家庭及社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective is to investigate the protective impact of renal denervation on long-term renal function subsequent to partial nephrectomy, while furnishing clinical research evidence that underscores the utilization of renal denervation technology in this surgical procedure. Our goal is to facilitate optimal renal structural reconstruction and functional preservation, thereby enhancing the postoperative quality of life for patients who have undergone partial nephrectomy, minimizing medical expenses, and easing the financial and emotional strain on their families and society at large.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟行保留肾单位手术的肾肿瘤患者；2.预期总热缺血时间20min以上；3.理解并自愿签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Renal cancer patients who are candidates for nephron-sparing surgery; 2.Patients with an expected total warm ischemia time of over 20 minutes; 3.Patients who understand and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.不宜行保留肾单位手术的患者；2.肾移植术后的患者；3.孤立肾患者；4.肾部分切除术后复发患者；5.患者预期寿命较短；6.因其他原因医师不建议行该治疗方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are not suitable for nephron-sparing surgery; 2.Patients who have undergone renal transplantation; 3.Patients with a solitary kidney; 4.Patients with recurrence after partial nephrectomy; 5.Patients with a short expected lifespan; 6.Patients for whom the physician does not recommend this treatment regimen due to other reasons.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由该试验联系人将符合入组的患者按照入组时间先后顺序标记为1-44号，与随机数表产生的44个数字按顺序一一匹配，然后将随机数表产生的44个数字按大小顺序重新排列，前22个数字匹配的患者加入单纯肾部分切除术组，后22个数字匹配的患者加入肾脏去交感神经+肾部分切除术组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The eligible patients were sequentially numbered from 1 to 44 by the trial coordinator based on their enrollment date. These numbers were then matched one-by-one with 44 randomly generated numbers from a random number table. After rearranging the 44 random numbers in ascending order, the patients matched with the first 22 numbers were assigned to the simple partial nephrectomy group, and those matched with the last 22 numbers were assigned to the renal denervation plus partial nephrectomy group.
