研究目的：

重建阿尔泰语人群的遗传历史，刻画精细遗传结构，同时探究演化医学相关问题，关注特定遗传变异在阿尔泰语系人群中的分布及与疾病关联等。 1 利用芯片测序数据，重建阿尔泰语人群的遗传历史及精细遗传结构，模拟人群最优演化模型，构建人群遗传演化历史，为阿尔泰语人群结构解析提供全面的认知，完善中国覆盖度高且代表性强的 WGS 数据库。 2 基于高深度的全基因组测序数据，筛选受到自然选择的位点，探究阿尔泰语人群生物适应性特征。 3 基于测序所得的变异数据集，探究群体特异性变异位点在医学上的运用，促进中国群体精准医疗的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

To reconstruct the genetic history of the Altaic population, delineate the fine genetic structure, explore the issues related to evolutionary medicine, and pay attention to the distribution of specific genetic variants in the Altaic population and their association with diseases. 1. Using the chip sequencing data, the genetic history and fine genetic structure of the Altaic population were reconstructed, the optimal evolutionary model of the population was simulated, and the genetic evolution history of the population was constructed, so as to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Altaic population structure analysis and improve the WGS database with high coverage and strong representation in China. 2. Based on the high-depth whole-genome sequencing data, screen the sites subject to natural selection and explore the biological adaptability characteristics of the Altaic population. 3. Based on the mutation data set obtained by sequencing, explore the application of population-specific mutation sites in medicine, and promote the development of population precision medicine in China.

纳入标准：

具有完全民事行为能力的成年人，能够提供知情同意；未患有严重的慢性疾病、传染性疾病或心理疾病，具备基本的健康水平；无近期重大手术史或严重疾病史（如癌症、严重心血管疾病）；民族为满族、蒙古族等使用阿尔泰语系的民族；愿意提供唾液样本，并接受人口统计相关问卷调查；愿意将相关信息和数据用于科学研究。

Inclusion criteria

An adult with full civil capacity who is able to provide informed consent; No serious chronic disease, infectious disease or mental illness, with a basic level of health; No recent history of major surgery or serious illness (e.g., cancer, severe cardiovascular disease); The ethnic groups are Manchu, Mongolian and other ethnic groups that use the Altaic language family. Willing to provide saliva samples and accept demographic questionnaire survey; Willing to use relevant information and data for scientific research.

排除标准：

近期迁户口者；拒绝签署知情同意书、难以理解研究目的或不愿意配合研究；患有严重心理疾病或身体疾病，无法自主完成研究程序或无法提供研究样本。

Exclusion criteria：

Recently relocated hukou; Refusal to sign informed consent, difficulty understanding the purpose of the study, or unwillingness to cooperate with the study; Severe psychological or physical illness, inability to autonomously complete research procedures or inability to provide research samples.
