研究目的：

1.观察单肺通气期间氧合指数与胸腔镜肺切除手术患者术后肺部并发症的关联； 2.描述单肺通气期间氧合指数的变化轨迹； 3.观察单肺通气期间氧合指数的变化轨迹与胸腔镜肺切除手术患者术后肺部并发症的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the association between oxygenation index during one-lung ventilation and postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing lung surgery; To describe the trajectory of oxygenation index during one-lung ventilation; To observe the relationship between the trajectory of oxygenation index during one-lung ventilation and postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing lung surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟择期在全麻下行胸腔镜下肺部分切除手术患者； 2.年龄>= 18岁，性别不限； 3.美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）分级 I-IV级； 4.预计单肺通气持续时间>= 60分钟； 5.知晓、同意参与试验并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic partial lung resection under general anesthesia; 2.Age >= 18 years old, gender unlimited; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-IV; 4.Expected one-lung ventilation duration >= 60 min; 5.Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重肺部疾病，如慢性阻塞性肺疾病（GOLD 3 - 4级）、严重哮喘，胸廓及脊柱畸形、胸腔积液、气胸、既往肺部手术术史等影响肺部顺应性的疾病史； 2.严重心脏（NYHA III级或IV级）、肝脏（Child-Pugh 10 – 15分）、肾脏（肾替代治疗）、造血系统（白血病）疾病； 3.既往肺部手术史； 4.术前两周内上呼吸道感染病史； 5.近3个月参与其他临床研究.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Serious lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade 3-4), severe asthma, thoracic and spinal malformations, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, and history of prior lung surgery that affect lung compliance; 2.Severe heart (NYHA Grade III or IV), liver (Child-Pugh 10-15 points), kidney (renal replacement therapy), hematopoietic system (leukemia) diseases; 3.Previous history of lung surgery; 4.History of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery; 5.Participating in other clinical studies in the past 3 months.
