研究目的：

通过回顾性研究，比较使用ICG+IOUS（术中超声）的微创手术、仅使用IOUS的微创手术以及使用触觉辅助+IOUS的开腹手术。我们比较了使用ICG+IOUS的微创手术与其他两种手术方法在短期内的益处。此外，通过比较术前和术中信息，研究影响R0切除的主要因素。  

Objectives of Study：

By categorizing the surgical methods used for treating CRLM into three types: minimally invasive surgery with ICG+IOUS, minimally invasive surgery with IOUS alone, and open surgery with Tactility + IOUS. We compared the short-term benefits of minimally invasive surgery with ICG+IOUS to the other two surgical approaches. Additionally, by comparing preoperative and intraoperative information, we investigated the main factors affecting resection margin.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于18岁，小于75岁，无性别限制； 2. 病理诊断为CRLM的患者，术前影像或病理证实肝转移； 3. 满足原发肿瘤的肝转移病灶切除的手术指征； 4. 耐受手术及全身麻醉，ASA麻醉分级3级以下，无合并严重心肺脑疾病； 5. 同意签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years old, less than 75 years old, no gender restrictions; 2. Patients with pathological diagnosis of CRLM, liver metastasis confirmed by preoperative imaging or pathology; 3. Meet the surgical indications for resection of liver metastases of the primary tumor; 4. Tolerate surgery and general anesthesia, ASA anesthesia grade 3 or below, no serious cardiopulmonary and cerebral diseases; 5. Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.
